When I arrived in Colorado for my short weekend stay, the weather was horrific- freezing, cloudy, rain, and did I mention freezing. I am not going to lie, I was a little worried. I had 4 beautiful families to photograph and these were less then ideal conditions. Lucky for me on my very last day the clouds parted and we had a perfect fall day- not a cloud in the sky.
I started my sessions with the family that brought me out to Colorado in the first place. I adore these three ladies, they hold a special place in my heart and I was sad to say goodbye after our short visit. Oldest daughter, M, has a slight
obsession love for horses. Since I was out there, we HAD to do something that incorporated this huge part of their lives. To see someone so young, so passionate about something was pretty dang awesome. And to see how joyful they are together is pretty dang awesome too.
This is only Part one of our time together, too many favorites for one blog post!
By the way, if you didn’t see their session from last year, it was one of my very favorites of 2011, check it out!
Although this session was mostly about M, mom and sis joined us for a few shots too!
